OADCPH and ATscale confirm partnership with the Government of Senegal

The African Organization for the Development of Centers for People with Disabilities and ATscale join the Government of Senegal as founding partners of the 2027 edition.

The Government of Senegal has confirmed its partnership with the African Organization for the Development of Centers for People with Disabilities (OADCPH) and ATscale, the Global Partnership for Assistive Technology hosted by UNOPS, to co-organise AT EXPO AFRICA 2027.

The three partners bring together host-country leadership, a continental network of organizations of persons with disabilities, and international coordination on assistive technology policy and financing — the combination the event’s founders see as central to its long-term ambitions.

As outlined in the event’s monitoring and evaluation plan, ATscale’s Geneva Secretariat will also support tracking commitments made in Dakar, with a progress update planned for the opening of AT EXPO AFRICA 2029.
